Advanced Movement and Training Class
If you feel like you have plateaued in your climbing or want to get ready for the spring climbing season then this class is for you. Climbers will work on General Conditioning, Climbing Technique, Mental Control and Specific Climbing Strength Training. We will evaluate your climbing skills and set up a training program for you to work towards your personal goals.

Pure Power (bouldering, power and strength training)
Want to be able to pull the crux of a climb easier? Do you lack explosive power to make long moves? Do you have a hard time climbing steep walls? Or do you just want to get better at bouldering in general? Then take this class. - In this class we will work on power by bouldering and doing specific power oriented drills. We will work on gaining Arm, Back, Core and Hand Strength. And we will also make sure that our body stays balance by keeping up our opposing muscles.
