Yoga With Liam
Tuesdays and Thursdays – 6:30-7:30pm
All you need is a flat, smooth, non-slip surface (example. yoga mat, towel, wood floor), some bare feet, and if you have any text books or dictionaries, big books can act as a block for sitting and additional support. You should anticipate starting gentle to warm up with floor work, and gradually increasing the intensity as we get our flow on! I’ll be sure to offer alternate postures so that anyone can participate. This is Zoom, so questions and comments are allowed and welcomed to facilitate learning and giving yourself the gift of yoga!
