Yoga with Karla
Thursdays – 6:30-7:30
I enjoy teaching a lighthearted, energetic class with an emphasis on alignment and safety for every “body”. Expect a flowing class that moves from one posture to the next following the breath. The cool down emphasizes Yin and Restorative postures, allowing the body to open deeply
while the mind relaxes. All you need to participate is Zoom, a yoga mat or non-slip surface and a flat area to practice. Blocks, blankets and straps are optional, but I’ll be teaching assuming limited access to props.
