Senders with Rich
Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:00-2:00pm
A 15 minute warm-up consisting of dynamic stretches and calisthenics. This is followed by an exercise work-out focusing on push and pull muscles as well as intensive core exercises. This approximately 60 minute session is followed by an optional 25 minute Hang Board workout. Light cool down stretching finishes up the Hang Board workout.
