Rec Team with Rich and Mike
Wednesdays and Fridays – 4:45-5:45pm
We hope all of you are staying healthy and sane in these strange times. We would like to make sure that you are all still getting a bit of physical activity and don’t lose too much strength as we wait this COVID-19 thing out.
Mike and Rich have decided to start doing virtual online workouts (with the ZOOM platform) for the team on a regular basis, so that everyone is ready to crush, when we are able to open the gym again. They will be a basic fitness workout, very similar to the workout we often do at the end of practice.
Let us know if any of you have some exercise equipment like: small hand weights, a bar or something to do pull-ups on, any “Thera bands” and maybe a yoga mat or carpet would be nice to workout on. If you guys don’t have access to a bar or hangboard for pull-ups you can probably do inverted pulls under a dining room table, water jugs (gallon jug best but water bottles ok) can be substituted for hand weights. We look forward to seeing all of your faces and getting pumped!
