Meet our Instructors: Rich I’ve been climbing rock, ice and big walls for more than 45 years, and have used programs for the past 10 years to ramp my fitness and finger strength. You can book a private zoom lesson with me where I can create a custom workout for you. It could focus on general fitness, hang-boarding and/or even climbing movement since I do have a home wall. Mike I’ve been climbing consistently for about 14 years. I have a background in power lifting which I did competitively through my twenties and early thirties. I love to train for power! I love teaching power hang board training that I learned from training with Ed and Ben. Jaclyn Jaclyn has had a close relationship with rocks since childhood, often gravitating to the natural playgrounds made by sketchy piles of boulders during woodland explorations all over the east coast. Jaclyn can help remind you how it feels to move on the wall while working different muscle groups in your body. Set us a training session with Jaclyn for some much needed togetherness. Emily I’m from Oklahoma and I started climbing when I was 13. I competed in USA climbing competitions and various outdoor competitions. I always enjoyed just climbing for fun the most and visiting new outdoor destinations. My favorite climbing spots are the Buttermilks in Bishop, CA and the steep sport climbing in central Arkansas!
