Meet our Personal Trainers:
I’ve been climbing rock, ice and big walls for more than 45 years, and have used programs for the past 10 years to ramp my fitness and finger strength. You can book a private zoom lesson with me where I can create a custom workout for you. It could focus on general fitness, hang-boarding and/or even climbing movement since I do have a home wall.
I’ve been climbing consistently for about 14 years. I have a background in power lifting which I did competitively through my twenties and early thirties. I love to train for power! I love teaching power hang board training that I learned from training with Ed and Ben.
I’ve been teaching yoga for over two years and can design a progression specifically to your mechanical needs, and help you with any posture you’re itching to explore. I’ve also been studying circus arts for 8 years now. I can show you exercises and drills to help you with your handstand/inversion practice. We can also do a deep stretch sessions.
I began teaching in 2011 and have taught everything from beginner’s yoga, Restorative and Yin to advanced Vinyasa classes. Participants can work on yoga, kettlebell workouts/weights, myofascial release or any combination of the three. My qualifications include a 500-hour yoga certification, 9 years of kettlebell training working with master trainers, and a Trigger Point certification in myofascial trigger point release.
Jaclyn has had a close relationship with rocks since childhood, often gravitating to the natural playgrounds made by sketchy piles of boulders during woodland explorations all over the east coast. Jaclyn can help remind you how it feels to move on the wall while working different muscle groups in your body. Set us a training session with Jaclyn for some much needed togetherness.
I’ve been rock climbing for the last 10 years. Most of my activities are based of having a good power to weight ratio which is why I focus on body weight workouts. With HIIT we can build lean muscle and improve endurance for those long climbing sessions. Even though we might not be able to climb for a while, we can stay in shape and hit our climbs hard when we get back to them. Join me for a workout that will get you pumped!
I’m from Oklahoma and I started climbing when I was 13. I competed in USA climbing competitions and various outdoor competitions. I always enjoyed just climbing for fun the most and visiting new outdoor destinations. My favorite climbing spots are the Buttermilks in Bishop, CA and the steep sport climbing in central Arkansas!
