Hangboard Level 2 with Mike
Tuesdays and Thursdays- 10:30-11am
Welcome to Hangboard Level 2! This class will focus on keeping those finger tendons in use and making you stronger on those tiny crimps that you’re dying to get on when we all start climbing again. If you are new to hang boards check out Hangboard Level 1 with Rich on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30am. We’ll do a short 15 minute warm-up followed by a 5 minute or so break. Then for a workout we’ll just spend some time “ hanging around” together!!! It will be a relatively simple hang-board repeater program followed by a brief finger, arm and shoulder stretch out to finish the class off. COME CHECK IT OUT and START GETTING THOSE FINGERS BACK IN SHAPE!
