Hangboard Level 1 with Rich
Mondays & Wednesdays – 10:30-11:00am
This class will focus on keeping those finger tendons in use and maybe even making you a little bit stronger on those tiny crimps that you’re dying to get on when we all start climbing again. No training experience is needed but you will need a hang-board to do the workout. We’ll do a short 15 minute warm-up followed by a 5 minute or so break. Then for a workout we’ll just spend some time “ hanging around” together!!! It will be a relatively simple hang-board repeater program followed by a brief finger, arm and shoulder stretch out to finish the class off. COME CHECK IT OUT and START GETTING THOSE FINGERS BACK IN SHAPE!
