The Climb-a-thon is a fun, community-based fundraising event where participants raise money for NMCRAG by climbing routes throughout the weekend. Climbers collect pledges or donations, then challenge themselves to climb as many feet as possible while supporting a great cause. The event features music, prizes, sponsor giveaways, and food for participants.

Instructions:

  • Register for the Climb-a-thon before or on event day.
  • Collect donations or commitment to donate (get the pledge form here) ahead of time to support the fundraiser.
  • On February 20th, check in.
  • Climb as many routes as you can during the event time and record how many feet (there will be a paper marking wall heights posted)
  • At the end of the event, turn in your sheet for scoring and to receive a raffle ticket. Individuals and teams that complete the most number of feet will win prizes
  • After the event take your score card and donation pledge form to committed donors to collect final donations
