Advanced Movement and Training Class
If you feel like you have plateaued in your climbing or want to get ready for the spring climbing season then this class is for you. Climbers will work on General Conditioning, Climbing Technique, Mental Control and Specific Climbing Strength Training. We will evaluate your climbing skills and set up a training program for you to work towards your personal goals.

Cadets Adventure Camp

This camp is oriented to the younger campers who have no or some experience with climbing.
The camp will introduce the camper to climbing and the safety associated with it in a fun and exciting way. Rock climbing will provide the camper with problem solving skills and enhance their self esteem. Games that incorporate rock climbing will help develop the campers Leadership Skills, Team Work, and Decision Making Skills.
Besides indoor and outdoor rock climbing, the camp give the camper basic knowledge about Awareness and Respect of our Natural Environment, Wilderness Survival Skills, and First Aid Skills.
Other Activities that the camper might experience is Knot Tying, Hiking, Bouldering, Rappelling, and Slack Line Walking.
Making the camp fun and exciting for all is something we emphasize.

This camp is oriented to campers who have some rock climbing experience.
This camp will go into more advanced skills of rock climbing. The camper might learn the following climbing skills: Belaying, Rappelling, Lead Climbing, Rope Ascending, Rescue Skills, and Advanced Knot Tying. Other Activities might be Adventure Games, Trust Activities, Team Work, Leadership Activities, and Problem Solving.
Many of these activities will be at different outdoor climbing areas. In some areas we will introduce the campers to mountaineering skills and/or alpine climbing.
Awareness and Respect of our Natural Environment, Wilderness Survival, and First Aid Skills will be incorporated into the camp.

This camp will introduce the camper to rock climbing and some will go into more advanced skills of rock climbing. The camper will experience Adventure Games, Trust Activities, Team Work, Leadership Activities, and Problem Solving Games.
This camp will go outdoors for many different activities which might include Rock Climbing, High Altitude Hiking, Rappelling, and Bouldering. Some campers will also learn to belay in a safe way.
Awareness and Respect of our Natural Environment, Wilderness Survival Skills, First Aid Skills, and Advanced Knot Tying Skills will also be touched upon
Rock Climbing will instill self confidence and build self esteem.
